NUSO at Channel Partners Expo 2019

NUSO is wrapping up on an awesome week at Channel Partners Expo! We had an amazing time at the show meeting with partners and talking about our cloud-based solutions for business phone, video, and chat. NUSO is a fast growing and innovative communication focused Cloud services company. Our mission is to provide reliable and cost-effective business communication services via channel partners.

Channel Partners Expo is the largest channel event with over 100 industry leading speakers, more than 275 exhibits, and over 5,000 guests.

The three-day expo was held at located at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Real-Time Provisioning vs.15 Days

During these three days, our team received amazing feedback on our Management Portal. NUSO makes it easy for partners to provision phone numbers in real time. “I like this kind of provisioning” was a comment we heard frequently during the expo.

Adjacent to our booth was another UCaaS company touting their “15-day number provisioning”. Why should a customer wait to add a new number? It only takes our team about a minute to create a new number. We even called our booth visitors on the spot to prove how NUSO’s fast number provisioning works through our easy to use portal. Is it magic? No, just our talented software development team hard at work.

We Will Never Sell Behind Your Back

While we were on the floor, we met with potential Channel Partners, IT companies, and hardware resellers. One theme that struck us across these different vendors is the reluctance, or down-right refusal, to work with a provider that sold both to partners and end-users.

The story is common in this industry. An IT company (channel partner) will land a massive new account, only to have it undersold by the provider. This is not right, but it happens all too often.

NUSO is different. We only sell through our Authorized Partners. We do this to ensure a good relationship with our partners and help them expand their business.
