Team

Matt is the CEO of NUSO and serves on its Board of Directors. Matt’s career spans over 25 years of managing technology-focused sales, marketing, and technical teams. He leads the strategic vision and culture at NUSO to deliver value for its partners and customers by innovating advanced business communications technologies. Before being named CEO in 2018, he held management positions for high-growth recurring revenue businesses at Sotel, NuVox, Electric Lightwave, Appia, and Voxitas. Matt is active in industry forums and organizations and is committed to maximizing NUSO’s positive impact on the community. In his free time, you can find him with his family, behind a camera, or restoring one of his old cars.

Paul is NUSO’s Chief Operating Officer. He builds on his more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications and cloud communications experience as he leads NUSO’s operations. Paul has led multiple complex and in-depth communications programs throughout his career, most recently as the VP, Cloud Operations at NUSO. Prior to NUSO, Paul worked in Global Cloud Services for NEC Corporation of America.

Keith is NUSO’s Chief Financial Officer. With a career spanning five decades, he has a wealth of Accounting and Financial experience including two IPO’s and significant capital markets financing experience. While the first part of his career was focused on Accounting and Treasury/Risk Management, Keith most recently spent 9 years at NEC where he was the US CFO/CIO and ultimately EVP – Business Operations. Prior to NEC, Keith held management positions spanning 15 years at telecommunications companies RCN, Valor and MetroPCS Wireless. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time Keith enjoys golf and biking and is also a Certified Specialist of Wine.

Garry is NUSO’s SR VP of Engineering and is responsible for the IP Services and Cloud Services. He is the primary architect of the current NUSO cloud and communication platform and the integrated systems. Garry has over 20 years of experience creating and leading software development, and communications-focused systems. Previously he led 24×7 global service and support at Epygi. Garry holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Yerevan State University.

Kris Boulware is a technology leader and strategic corporate advisor with deep expertise in product and project management. As the Chief of Staff at NUSO, she brings a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Kris has an extensive background in client services and has excelled in leadership roles across the IT and telecommunications sectors, supporting complex carrier projects and ensuring optimal partner and supplier outcomes. Kris is a Certified ScrumMaster and Project Management Professional (PMP), reinforcing her commitment to agile methodologies and operational excellence.

Chastity is NUSO’s VP of Human Resources. With over 10 years’ experience primarily with telecommunications companies. Chastity’s Human Resources career began after 15 years of sales management experience with big box retailers and the wireless communication industry. Leadership roles during this tenure provided tools and knowledge that led to a seamless transition into HR. Chas manages all aspects of HR including compliance, recruiting, payroll, onboarding, training, development, as well as benefits. Chastity holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management from the University of Missouri as well a certificate in Professionals Human Resources (PHR).

Aaron is NUSO’s VP of Software. He builds on his more than 25 years of software development experience as he develops and deploys software solutions at NUSO. Aaron’s depth of expertise comes from the multiple leadership positions he has served in, including CTO at LockerDome, Co-owner at Veda Development (web app development), and Co-founder and Lead Developer at Appistry (cloud pioneer with 6 US patents), and Senior Developer at Tapestry Computing. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Missouri.

Ralph is VP and GM of Nuso EMEA, responsible for the growth strategy and development of Nuso in the region. With a career spanning 30 years in the telecommunication technology industry, with holding management positions in Mitel, Ribbon Communications and Lucent Technologies, driving service strategies and operational business transformations. He excels in leading diverse, high-performing teams across international markets. Ralph holds a BSc in Computing for Real Time Systems, a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, and in his free time can be found cooking, dog walking and driving his classic cars.

Bryanna is NUSO’s VP of Business Operations where she oversees operations, porting, and billing processes. Starting with NUSO at it’s founding, as Director of Finance and Integration, Bryanna has been instrumental in developing processes company wide. With a passion for problem solving and innovation, she can be found increasing efficiencies to improve the NUSO customer experience. Bryanna holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. In her free time, she enjoys home remodeling projects and hikes with her dogs.

David Shipman is the Vice President of Carrier Operations at NUSO, a leading provider of business communication solutions. He oversees network performance, strategic carrier partnerships, pricing strategy, and cost optimization—ensuring operational efficiency and competitive positioning. With over 25 years of telecom experience, David has held various management and executive roles throughout his career, bringing deep expertise in infrastructure, vendor management, and service delivery. He plays a key role in scaling NUSO’s carrier ecosystem while delivering reliable, high-quality service to customers.

Craig is NUSO’s VP of Systems and resident expert in cloud computing infrastructure including KVM, VMWare, and virtualization. He was previously the CTO at Contegix, responsible for cloud computing and collocating design and infrastructure. His experience in deploying and operating complex switches and router infrastructure across geo-disparate environments guides his leadership in systems. He began his career as a software engineer and holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Missouri.

Kevin Moss is NUSO’s VP of Product Development where he leads a Product Team creating and delivering innovative services and solutions to NUSO partners and customers. Kevin began with NUSO at its inception and has over 30 years of telecommunications experience in Network engineering, operations, and management. Kevin enjoys Fly Fishing and family activities in his free time.

Derick Adams is NUSO’s VP of Network Operations, where he was previously Director of Network Operations. He has been with NUSO since its inception and was previously the Senior Support Engineer at SoTel Systems where he played a vital role in technical assistance. He started his career in Information Technology Support and has nearly 20 years of telecommunications industry experience supporting customers in SIP platforms, UCaaS, and NOC management.

Leading a team of Channel Experts, he is focused on delivering our Partners the right mix of service, support and resources they can leverage to position, deploy and grow with NUSO. Prior to joining NUSO, Patrick spent 13 yrs at Adtran and has been recognized as a CRN Channel Chief for his excellence in leading channel organizations. He started his career in technology and telecommunications at Dell after serving in the US Marine Corps as the Logistics and Embarkation Chief for the 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines.
