The second MSP Connect Live for New York & New Jersey was another success! As a result of the current pandemic, the ASCII Group shifted their in-person conferences to a series of engaging online experiences.
This was an especially important event for the NUSO Team. Phil Stern, Business Development Manager, took part of his first ASCII event. He joined his Business Development counterpart and ASCII maven, Jennifer Radman. Both reported a great experience with high energy networking between attendees and helpful business insights from the presenters.
While other virtual events lack user-friendly platforms, the ASCII forum was easy-to-use and brought together many of the finest IT/MSPs from the East Coast.
Since the last MSP Connect Live, NUSO has been hard at work on new tools for our Partners.
Global events are changing how we work, and NUSO is changing the velocity of cloud communications in the workplace. Creating real-time, flexible tools for our Partners, customers, and internal teams is a critical part of our success.
Here are some of the new tools our Business Development team was excited to share with the channel:
New & Better Tools for 2020
Partner Management Portal with Real-time Provisioning – This tool speeds up cloud communication deployment, giving our Partners a simplified service experience with quick deployment times.
Our comprehensive management portal gives Partners access to their customer dashboards, online quoting tools, and industry-leading marketing resources – all from one sign-in screen. With our intuitive portal, Partners can order and deploy new and additional phone numbers to client services in less than 2 minutes. This can be used for new clients or a current client looking to expand services. Our portal provides transparent visibility and control of real-time quoting, ordering of services, provisioning, account management, and support.
After training, Partners can access NUSO’s single sign-on (SSO) web portal without contacting NUSO customer service. This gives our Partners more control and flexibility over their clients UC (Unified Communications) systems.
Time spent waiting for a response to an email ticket or status update is eliminated, and our Partners can manage more accounts quickly because to our real-time technology.
Port Order Dashboard for Partners – Creating a first-of-its-kind porting experience for Partners, NUSO makes phone number porting easy. Phone number porting is considered one of the most challenging parts of managing voice services. Endless red tape, managing different phone carriers, and flaky support all can make switching to a new provider a major hassle.
NUSO provides a different experience. Partners have the critical information necessary to stay up to date on the porting process. For example, Partners can see which numbers are scheduled to port, search for specific port orders, submit documents, and check order status.
By eliminating extra paperwork, Partners can focus on building their business while we handle the technical heavy lifting.
