    There is a major circuit connection in our network provided by our fiber providers that is down. All services are functional but a fraction of customers are experiencing degraded call quality.

    Our primary redundancy and resiliency is functioning normally.

    1. Normal phone usage should be unaffected.
    2. A minority of enhanced services users (Contact Center and Call Recording) are experiencing degraded call quality when their calls are traversing between our data centers.
