This year, ASCII is providing in-depth, panel discussions that benefit the MSP community. For Houston, the focus was on best practices for MSPs marketing their solutions and ways to sell more services. Corey Jones, VP of Sales, Business Development, and Marketing at NUSO, provided several pearls of wisdom that successful MSPs use in today’s competitive marketplace. Listening to understand the prospects needs while delivering sound solutions is critical for today’s MSPs. One element that many businesses fail to do is ask for the sale. You have a right to know if you have earned the business. Leveraging the tools, personnel, and support resources of NUSO has be a prime source of MSP success.
The ASCII community was eager to learn more about NUSO’s Full-Stack provider capabilities. Channel Account Manager, Sharon Schweizer, and Business Development Manager, Jennifer Radman, were able to share how NUSO’s offering makes more sense for good MSPs. Offering capabilities of Hosted to SIP Trunking for voice services, to Messaging products and CPaaS solutions continues to separate NUSO from the pack of providers. Now with Carrier Services and the ability to traffic more than 35 billion calls, messages and transactions, there is little reason to partner with a company that does less.
