NUSO is proud to announce we’re a UC Awards 2019 Finalist for Best Service Management Platform! UC Today is the leading UC & Collaboration publication with a strong focus on content, community, and conversation.
The UC Awards highlight vendors and service providers in Unified Communications, Collaboration and CX Technology. As a finalist in the Best Service Management Platform category, NUSO has been recognized for our management experience when deploying and administering unified communications (UC) and contact center (CCaaS) solutions.
NUSO provides powerful cloud communication solutions in real-time exclusively through our channel partners. We bring together effective communication channels including:
- VoIP Phone Service
- iOS and Android Mobile Apps
- Instant Messaging
- Video and Web Conferencing
- Collaboration Tools
Our diverse suite of services help businesses and organizations of all sizes save money, work efficiently, and communicate better. Because we only offer services through channel partners (such as Managed Service Providers, Value Added Resellers, or IT Service Providers), we can focus on improving the partner experience.
Our web-based management and provisioning portal uses a single sign-on that gives partner the ability to manage all of their customers’ phone systems in real-time on one easy-to-use interface.
Using a single log-in, our partners can view all of their customer accounts and make changes for customers. Partners can view a summary of the customer’s current PBX and router status, call paths used in real-time, DIDs for the account, and forwarding options.
Business moves quickly. Our portal empowers NUSO partners to order new phone numbers and new users while easily making edits to hunt groups and auto-attendants. Other providers take days or even weeks to complete these changes. With NUSO, all of this just takes minutes. We feel confident the NUSO management portal is a game-changer for the Partner community.
We’re very excited to be a part of the #UCAwards19! For the full list of categories and finalists, visit UC Today.
