Last month NUSO saw several familiar faces and met many new ones at the ChannelPro SMB Forum in Charlotte, NC.  Visiting a new city is always a great opportunity for NUSO to share the value of being a Channel focused organization committed to working with MSPs and IT professionals. The booth was busy as we shared how our model allows partners to expand and generate more revenue for their business.

The Welcome Reception was a hit and jump-started the onsite success. The reception offered the chance to have deep conversations with exceptional business owners devoted to protecting their clients and ‘doing the right thing’. The NUSO practice of making all MSPs “cash-positive” was enhanced by our $2 bill distribution, which keeps it fun and opens the door to business conversations. NUSO deeply believes in working closely with our partners to empower them to success.

Many attendees stated their current provider does not allow them deep access in their portal and they often need to call support for assistance.  During the product demonstrations, attendees clearly saw how NUSO’s style would be an asset and speed up service delivery to their end users.

While there was much chatter about the industry’s recent acquisitions and speculation about their impact on product availability and service, there were just as many conversations surrounding the end of POTS and how to manage the retirement of the copper line era. MSP attendees were thrilled to learn of numerous ways NUSO can provide solutions for those 15+ million PBXs still in service.  In addition, the end of POTS presents an opportunity for smart MSPs to add revenue to their business by leveraging solutions from NUSO. A winning strategy!
